The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. They even went the extra mile to decorate the room romantically for me and my wife, free of charge. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the attractions this city has to offer - just a short 10-15 minute drive from the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious.
Absolutely nothing.
The staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Ela at the reception. She spoke good English and always listened to and addressed any concerns or issues promptly. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the major attractions and just a short distance from everywhere I wanted to visit in the city. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the effort they put into making the stay enjoyable for people from different nationalities.
